Acid etching: The student/guest applies the chemical, which reacts with the glass item to “frost the surface”. After a few minutes the glass is washed. It can even be colored in if desired! The etched design remains as a smooth finish. (It is permanent, and dishwasher safe of course.) Etching is a fun and easy activity for all, and each quest walks away with their own individually unique glass creation of their choice. It is a very clean technique and safe for the students and their clothing.
