Zen Garden

Zen gardens evoke feelings of tranquility, calmness and peace.  Students will create their very own portable essence of nature using sand, moss and choice of zen figurine.  They will hand paint their rock with a zen symbol and the meaning of it on the smoothing tool that they  create. They also create the raking tool used to “doodle” in the sand.  An educational sheet will be included on the origin of the zen garden.

Relax and create your own Zen Garden at home! Each garden box kit contains everything you need including container, rocks, sand, moss rock, figurine, tools, colored pencil, two Zen vinyl symbols plus an additional Zen symbol of togetherness sticker. There is also a word search on the back of the educational sheet that is included.  Includes written instruction and online access to video tutorial. Note: Containers will vary dependent on availability.
