Both are certified Yoga instructors with decades of experience and have completed additional TIYT Yoga training which focuses on Yoga as a means to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety on the mind and body. The virtual classes are specifically focused on using the breath and Yoga poses as a tool to reduce stress and create a sense of increased resiliency and well-being.
