Message in a Bottle

Message in a bottle is a universal gift idea. It can be romantic, for Valentine’s Day, a message for a friend, or even words of encouragement. This project can be tailored to fit just about any occasion. All one does is write a lovely note on a piece of paper (multiple colors available), pour a little bit of sand in the glass bottle, add some decorations, then insert the note. Close the bottle with cork, and finish it off with some ribbon, raffia and a hanging charm. It is that simple, yet so pretty and creative!
