Judy is a certified Yoga instructor since 2014 and has completed additional TIYT Yoga training which focuses on Yoga as a means to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety on the mind and body. The virtual classes are specifically focused on using the breath and Yoga poses as a tool to reduce stress and create a sense of increased resiliency and well-being. These classes are suitable for everyone, all levels, all abilities, all are welcome. ALL!
